Phoenix Feeds & Nutrition, Inc., an employee owned, progressive dairy feed manufacturing company specializing in both organic and conventional feeds, located in Addison County, VT is in search of the perfect candidate to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with accounting experience, either with accounts payable or accounts receivable. Great Plains accounting software a plus.
Accounts Payable job duties include establishing purchase orders for commodity and expense related items, manage daily receiving paperwork and matching to invoices, provide month end support regarding the inventory count, and balancing/reconciling accounts.
Accounts Receivable job duties include managing the daily invoicing, compilation of weekly price changes and pricing sheets, working with multiple excel spreadsheets, accounts receivable management, month end statements, and assisting the customer service team
Must be able to multi task, have attention to detail, and work independently, as well as function as part of our dynamic team, in a fast-paced environment.
